Dear Valued Patients and Community,

Due to the mandate set forth by Governor Inslee, our office will be only providing "emergent" dental treatment as of March 23rd. This mandate is set to expire May 18th. For patients with dental treatment scheduled, our doctors will determine what is emergent and what can wait until after May 18th. Those appointments considered emergent will be kept and/or moved to a nearby date.

As of now, we will absolutely be providing urgent treatment for pain, infections, deep decay, etc. We know dental emergencies happen, and we will be here for you. Continuing to provide urgent dental care will prevent overloading the ERs and leaving room for those who need to be treated for COVID-19 or other life threatening emergencies. We will continue to follow what is recommended for our number one priority - your and our team's safety.

The following are some safety precautions that have been implemented and are continuing:

  • If you have traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days please reschedule your visit.
  • If you or someone you cohabitate with exhibits coughing, fever or other signs of respiratory distress please reschedule your visit.
  • On the day of your scheduled visit, if able, please take your temperature before leaving for your appointment. If it is elevated, please reschedule your visit. We will be taking your temperature before we begin your procedure. If you exhibit a fever, you will be sent home.
  • Upon entering our building, please find your way to our restroom to wash your hands or find the nearest hand sanitizer to clean your hands before touching anything in the waiting room.

As a healthcare facility all of our patient clinic areas are sanitized regularly using universal precautions at all times. In addition to this we are also taking the following actions:

  • All non clinical areas where patients have interaction with our staff will be disinfected multiple times per day.
  • Any staff member of our office will be asked to stay at home if they are sick.
  • Persons arriving with or accompanying a patient will be asked to drop off the patient and return in conjunction with the completion of the patient visit as opposed to waiting in the waiting area.
  • We will request that staff members avoid hand-shaking or other unnecessary physical contact at this time.

Debbie is new to West Seattle, but has been in the Seattle area for the last 9 years after spending most of her adult life in Alaska.  She has been in the dental field for 30+ years and is still passionate about anything to do with dental.  Debbie’s favorite aspect of the job is helping the patients and making sure they have a great experience every time they come in. After spending years traveling doing practice advising, and consulting, she is happy to be settling in and exploring West Seattle and spending more time with her two fur babies.
